Summary:

Provide direct support to Auxiliary through:

1. Gift Shop

2. Vending Machines

3. Concierge and Volunteers

4. Fundraisers/Events/Programs

Foundation Services:

5. Track donations

6. Monthly Board Meetings

7. Prepares packets Fundraisers/Events/Programs

8. GALA

Provide direct support to Business Development through:

Coordination

  • Schedule Meetings
  • Assist in gathering needed information
  • Assist in managing information for clients
  • All other duties as assigned

Periodically work on functions that will be scheduled in advance.  Other duties as assigned.  Must have strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and an ability to learn additional software programs.  Experience taking meeting minutes preferred but not required.

Education / Training Requirements:

Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and an understanding of concepts in customer service. 

Two years experience with Microsoft word processing and spreadsheet applications desired.
