SUMMARY:

Duties include but are not limited to:  Maintains the calendar and schedules activities for the CEO and senior leadership.  Monitors all incoming calls and visitors ensuring all are greeted in a courteous manner.  Maintains the efficient and effective operation of the Administrative office.  Schedules and updates all conference rooms hospital wide.  Records minutes for various committee and board meetings.  Must be able to keep information completely confidential.  Excellent oral and written communication skills utilizing communication mediums.  Demonstrates experience in organizing and preparing Powerpoint presentations, proficient typing and word processing skills.  Must be able to create and use spreadsheets and data bases.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Three to five years executive secretarial experience.  Knowledge and interpretation of advanced office procedures.
