Provides overall leadership and coordinates all aspects of the organization to ensure that all health care services and delivery of patient care is consistent with the mission, vision and values and in keeping with all applicable rules and regulations. Works with leadership, providers, board, and community to sustain and provide a patient focused culture.
Master's degree (M.A.) in Hospital Administration or related field. Previous experience as hospital CEO or COO required. Experience in managing diversity or organizations, rural health care and physician recruitment experience required. A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably across a spectrum of hospital organizational settings and markets. Relocation required.
