Description: 

Summary:  

 Greets and provides assistance to all customers that need Human Resource services. 

Processes a variety of critical information for staff including applications, enrollment, pay change information and other confidential forms. Assist in quality assurance for billing statements of employee benefit programs.  

Maintains and distributes current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications.  Will track and reconcile all job postings.  Assist in tracking and sending out required forms for FMLA, COBRA, notices, etc.  Ensure day to day filing and scanning is kept up. 

 Requirements: A high awareness of customer service in person and over the phone is a requirement for this position.  Must be able to work in environment with constant interruption, be detailed oriented, and able to complete and follow through on assignments. 

 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Photoshop.)    

 Education Requirements: 

Previous Payroll or Human Resources experience preferred.
