PUBLIC NOTICE ON COMMUNITY HEALTH NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Labette Health is engaged on many levels in improving and sustaining the overall health and well-being of our community. We define ourselves and our services around community needs to improve community health and further community development.
Our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) represents a collaborative, community-based approach to identify, assess and prioritize, the most important health issues affecting our community. The CHNA looks at health status, barriers to care and other demographic and social issues affecting people and organizations in the community.
Health improvements plans addressed in the CHNA ensure we remain focused on improving the health of the communities we serve.
