Description:
Summary: Provides professional nursing care for medical, critical care and surgical patients according to established procedures.
Education Requirements: Diploma in nursing, associates degree (A.D.N.) from two-year college or bachelor's degree (B.S.N.) from a four-year college and successful completion of a prescribed curriculum of study which has led to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas and gives evidence of possessing the experience of a licensed nurse on a staff level. BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. If the RN has not obtained the certification upon hire, he/she must enroll in and complete the next available class offered.
