Summary: Performs laboratory tests used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases following established standards and practices. prepare samples for analysis, use equipment to locate microorganisms, monitor tests and procedures, analyze the chemical content of fluids, match blood for transfusions, and test for drug levels in the blood
Education Requirements: Associates degree with MLT certification or Bachelor's Degree in science. Current medical technologist - ASCP certified.
